Our Pointed gouging rods are designed especialy for the air carbon arc metal removal process, wich melts metal with an electric arc, then blows it away with a jet of ordinary shop compressed air. Our gouging rods contain a precisely formulated blend of carbon and graphite that produces the most efficient metal removal performance. They offer excellent arc stability, superior metal removal rates, resistance to breakage, heat and oxidation, uniform diameter and clean slag free grooves.

K-4 GUTSTANG MET MONOKABEL


The K-4 accepts both round and flat gouging carbon rods, ranging in size from 4,0 up to 13,0mm round and 15mm flat. The monocable is available in lengths of 2 and 3 meter. The K-4 is rated to 1000 Amps, It uses compressed air at 80 to 100 psi and a flow rate of 30-35 cfm.

FLAIR GUTSTANGEN


De Flair is een gutstang met een draaibare spuitnippel en gebolde elektroden klemming. Door hoogwaardige produktietechnieken en materialen ontstaat optimale elektrische geleiding en ondervindt de toevoer van lucht door het lichaam minimale weerstand. De combinatie met de monokabel maakt de Flair eenvoudig te hanteren en breed inzetbaar. De monokabel wordt eenvoudig aangesloten op de Flair gutstang enerzijds en de stroombron en perslucht anderzijds.

FLAIR MONOKABELS


Gutsen met de monokabel is een zeer efficiënte wijze om de stroom en luchttoevoer in één enkele kabel te kunnen realiseren. De monokabel is verkrijgbaar voor de Flair 2, Flair 600 en 1600.
