SOUND INSULATING PARTITIONING WALL SYSTEMS |
The sound insulating partitioning wall systems can be built into any design combinition due to its highly flexible modular elements. Columns and struts are made of profile steel finished with UV-ray absorbent epoxy powder coating. Each element consists of perforated plates and a filling of compressed mineral wool according to DIN 4102, which is also finished with UV-ray absorbend powder coating. Out of these components it is easy to construct complete welding bays, inwhich exhaust arms could be mounted. The outside facing columns can be fitted with different mounting devices for curtains, welding strips, etc... Welding bays constructed of these elements have a hight of 2,100 mm and a ground clearance of 100 mm. The example pictured shows a welding bay with a working area of 2,000 x 2,000 mm.
