MECHANICAL FILTER UNIT, FILTER-MASTER

The Filter-Master is a mobile mechanical filter designed and ideally suited for use at various welding workplaces and conditions. Built of rigid sheet metal construction and incorporating anti corrosive powder coating; the Filter-Master is designed for every day use. Four heavy duty rubber castors allow ease of movement within the factory and the 3.0 m extraction arm into any desired position. The Filter-Master is the ideal solution to a wide range of extraction problems. The mechanical filter unit is equipped with a filter insert (filter efficiency > 99.9 %), filter monitor, motor protection with switch and starter, 5.0 m mains cable with plug and complete exhaust arm with hood.Ventilator: 2,200 m³/hMotor: 1.1 kW • 3 x 400 V / 50 Hz

Welding smoke extraction and filter unit including filter set (filter efficiency > 99.9 %), filter monitor, indicator for ventilator rotation, motor overload, on-off switch, 5.0 m mains cable with plug and cable support. The cleaned air is fed back into the workroom. The unit includes 1 or 2 exhaust arms with an interior self supporting parallelogram, and exhaust hood with damper. The exhaust arms can be brought into any position which can be kept without any additional support. The supporting frame is inside a highly flexible, wear resistent hose, diam. 150 mm.
