Rotatable welding current transmission devices with corrugated rind for shaft diameter between 40 and 70mm, for loads between 400 and 2000 Amp.
Applications: For machines and fixtures.
Current couplings SHW: For current loads between 400 and 2000 Amp.
Description: These devices are similar to the SH types, but they are fastened to the shaft by means of a special corrugated contact ring.
Advantages: Extremely good contact to the shaft.Extremely small annular gaps that can easily be sealed to prevent corrosion.Compact dimensions.Relubrication ensures long service life.
Essential conditions: Proceed carefully when sliding the ring on to the shaft to avoid jamming.Replace corrugated ring once it has been disassembled.Speeds of up to 10 rpm are possible depending of the application. Before using at speeds in excess of 5 rpm, consult us first.Use flexible power supply cable.Fit torque stops with clearance to the terminal lug.
