DISCHARGE HOSE FOR CHEMICALS - SERIE 3810

Description: Dischargehose for chemicals for concentrated acids and chemicals. Not suitable for hydrocarbons. To be cleaned with hot water or steam of maximum 120°C.

Working pressure: 10 bar.

Burst pressure: 40 bar.

Tube: EPDM, black, smooth.

Cover: EPDM, black, smooth, fabric finish.

Reinforcements: Textile plies, static-wires.

SUCTION/DISCHARGE HOSE FOR CHEMICALS - SERIE 3830

Description: Suction/dischargehose for chemicals for a wide range of acids and chemicals. Suitability to be consulted in the chemical-resistance-tables. Not suitable for use of hydrocarbons. To be cleaned with hot water or steam with maximum temperature of 120°C. Highly qualified hose, kinkproof and flexible.

Norm: EN 12115 and TRbF 131, part 2, par. 5.5.

Vacuum: 9 MWC.

Electrical resistance: < 106 Ω, Wall through passing resistance <109 Ω.

Working pressure: 16 bar (75 mm and 100 mm 10 bar).

Burst pressure: 64 bar (75 mm and 100 mm 48 bar).

Tube: EPDM, black smooth, extruded.

Cover: EPDM, black smooth, fabric finish.

Reinforcements: Textile plies, steel wire helix, static-wire.
