3M AIRCARE AIR FILTER UNIT 500GR

• 3M™ Aircare™ 500GR Air Filtration Units are 3-stage filtration units, designed to remove oil, water and solid aerosols, as well as oil vapour and nuisance odours.
• They are suitable for spray guns and other compressed-air tools that may also be used with the respirator.
• Available either as a free standing, mobile unit with stand and carry handle or as a wall-mounted unit with wall mounting kit.
• The output pressure may be set using the regulator and pressure gauge on the unit.
• Supplied with a range of threaded adapters.
• There is a range of compressed-air supply tubes, couplings, manifolds and other accessories available for use with the air filtration unit to make it suit your application.
• The 3M™ Aircare™ 500GR Air Filtration Unit comprises the following modules:
• 0-10 bar Regulator Unit with pressure gauge.
• Pre-filter - removing oil, water and solid aerosols down to 5 microns.
• Coalescing filter - removing oil, water and solid aerosols down to 0.01 microns.
• Absorbent filter - removing oil vapours down to 0.003ppm and nuisance odours.

3M FLOWSTREAM MODULAR REGULATOR

• Compact modular Supplied-Air Regulator for use with 22 different headtops (see Headtop range).
• Super air-flow control (150-310 l/min) over a wide input pressure range (2.5 - 8 bar) gives the user control.
• Very low noise (<65dBA) for more comfort.
• Enclosed replaceable charcoal filter removes odours.
• Choice of 5 compressed-air supply-tube types.
• Can be used with the 3M™ Aircare™ range of compressed-air filter unit.
• Choice of 3 types of compressed-air couplings, and compressed-air accessories (manifolds & compressed-air supply-tube connector).
• Spray-gun or other compressed-air tools can be powered from Flowstream™ regulator using the spray-gun hose accessory. Compatible with HVLP spray-guns.
• Whistle warns of low input pressure and low air-flow.
• Smooth shape allows easy cleaning.
• Can be used left or right-handed, and rotates 90 degrees on the belt to allow the user to get the most comfortable arrangement.

3M S-200 SUPPLIED AIR SYSTEM FOR 3M BAYONET FACEPIECES

• The most comfortable and versatile Supplied-Air system for facepieces.
• For use with any of the 3M™ range of bayonet facepieces: 6000 & 7000 full & half-masks.
• Adjustable airflow control at the waist (140->300) over a range of input pressure (3-7 bar).
• Can be used as a standard airline respirator, or in dual-mode with filter back-up when air supply is disconnected *.
• The breathing-tube is back-mounted, eliminating interference in your work.
• Connections to the belt-mounted regulator are all ergonomically designed.
• An optional spray gun hose can be fitted to the S-200.
• Can be used with the 3M™ Aircare™ range of compressed-air filter units.
• Can be used left or right-handed (interchangeable connections). * In dual-mode, filters must be fitted which are effective against the contaminants present Overflow valves (C-340) must be fitted if filters are not

3M VISIONAIR SUPPLIED AIR VISOR SYSTEM

• Supplied-Air visor with adjustable belt-mounted regulator.
• Wide-view acetate visor can be flipped up and protected with visor overlays.
• Paint-spray guns or other air-tools can be powered from the belt-mounted regulator through the attached spray-gun hose (which can also be detached).
• Regulator has built-in filter to remove nuisance odours.
• Regulator can be mounted left- or right-handed.
• System also includes hood to protect hair from overspray.

3M VORTEX & 3M VORTEMP MODULAR COOLER & HEATER UNITS

• 3M™ Vortex Supplied-Air Cooler unit cools the delivered air by up to 25C, using only the energy of the compressed air (max effect at 6 bar).
• 3M™ Vortemp™ Supplied-Air Heater unit heats the delivered air by up to 28C, using only the energy of the compressed air (max effect at 6 bar).
• These Heater and Cooler units are worn on the belt in place of a normal regulator (e.g. Flowstream™) where extra comfort is required in high or low temperature environments.
• Modular Supplied-Air Heater and Cooler Units for use with 22 different headtops (see Headtop range).
• Heating/cooling can be controlled from no effect to full effect on the belt.
• Wide input pressure range (3.5-8 bar) gives the user a wide range of air-flows (150-600 l/min). Recommended maximum pressure is 6 bar for maximum comfort to avoid air-flows over 450 l/min.
